Rolled out to order
It is a red gazebo, an orange banner and a flat griddle running hot all lunchtime. The dough is rolled out when you order it, filled, folded and pressed onto the iron until the outside crisps and the cheese inside goes soft.
Cheese on its own, or with mushroom, chicken, spinach, potato or beef — or two fillings mixed together. Two dips come free with it, and everything is halal.
